Uncle David shows us Huli Huli sheep roasting on a spit over hot coals.



Watch as the Mutton is carefully removed from the spit.


Here Uncle Burt carves the meat and tries the first delicious bite of Mutton stuffed with lemongrass, rosemary, garlic.
