Palusami

Palusami is a traditional Samoan dish where fresh coconut milk is wrapped and cooked inside of a Taro leaf. Palusami is typically used as a sauce for fish and meat, it is traditionally cooked in an umu (like an imu but above ground), it can also be baked in the oven for simple preparation at home.
