Gathering Community Input-Growing a Local Food System in North Kohala

This survey is designed to gather input for the development of a Strategic Plan for achieving 50% food self-sufficiency in North Kohala. The original of this document is an ‘Ohana Dialogue workbook that is meant to be explained and discussed in small group meetings. However, if you don’t have the chance to attend a small group meeting, please feel free to fill this out online.
