Kalo Challenge

10 teams competed in the Kalo Challenge, an iron chef style cook-off using Kalo as the main ingredient and incorporating surprise ingredients donated by the community as part of the monthly Community Harvest Hawai’i. Each team had the opportunity to choose from fresh, local ingredients. Here are some samples of the chef’s creations… Delicious! Creative!
